Automate your QuickBooks payments. Fees capped at $15.
Krakzilla emails your invoices to clients and sends reminders for just a 1% fee per bank payment, capped at $15. QuickBooks always stays synced.
Private beta · No subscription · Your clients only see your business

Getting paid shouldn't be a second job.
Chasing late payers
Polite reminders go out on schedule, in your name, and stop the moment an invoice is paid.
Bank fees that grow with every invoice
Bank transfer fees with no cap can cost hundreds of dollars on a $25,000 invoice. With Krakzilla it's $15.
Typing payments into QuickBooks
Every payment is applied to its invoice, and every payout lands as a deposit with its fees.
How it works
- 1
Connect QuickBooks and payments
Sign in with QuickBooks, set up payments through Stripe in a few minutes, and you're ready.
- 2
Krakzilla sends and follows up
Each invoice goes out by email with its PDF and a Pay button, then reminders before and after the due date.
- 3
Payments land in QuickBooks
Paid invoices close themselves, payouts arrive in your bank, and the deposit is already recorded.
Your clients see your business, not us.
Invoices and reminders come from your business name, with replies going to you. The PDF, the Pay button and the payment page all carry your name.
- ✓ Bank transfer first, cards only if you want them
- ✓ Returning clients pay from a saved bank account in one click
- ✓ A receipt as soon as the payment completes
